Fraternity Hazing

Four Butler University soccer players were sexually abused by an athletic trainer under the guise of treatment. We filed suit over the university’s failures; the case is proceeding toward trial.

Jane Doe was sexually assaulted at a Beta Theta Pi party Wesleyan knew was unsafe. Representing her, we secured a substantial settlement holding both the fraternity and university accountable.

Jane Doe was groomed and sexually abused by her coach at the Fieldston School, which allegedly knew and did nothing. We filed suit on her behalf; the case is ongoing.
