
Jacob R. Goodman
ATTORNEY
Jacob R. Goodman’s practice focuses on severe personal injury cases and other cases representing victims of sexual abuse, hazing, and other violent crimes.
Mr. Goodman developed a passion for anti-discrimination law during his time in law school, and, while on The Vanderbilt Law Review, he wrote his student note on a novel legal issue involving Title IX, which was selected for publication. During law school, Mr. Goodman also served as a legal writing teaching assistant and represented clients in civil litigation implicating the First Amendment through Vanderbilt’s First Amendment Clinic.
Prior to joining The Fierberg National Law Group, Mr. Goodman served two years as a judicial law clerk for Chief United States District Judge Travis R. McDonough in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee.
