Attorney Doug Fierberg and his client, Terrance Bennett sue brothers from the Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity that brutally beat him at the Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island in 2014. Mr. Bennett was blindfolded and pushed to his knees. He was then barked at by his “brothers” to lay on the ground in the hostage position, with his hands behind his head. His skin was pricked with broken glass and muddied with sludge. Pieces of his clothing were being ripped off him, one by one. This was one of the last things he remembers before he passed out.
