Indiana Sorority Hazing Case – Two Jane Does v. Unidentified National Sorority, et al.

Represented the families of two college students who were given third-degree burns during a sorority hazing ritual.  The sorority hazing included disturbing simulations involving sexual content.  ABC 20/20 featured this incident in a report dealing with the purported increase of violent hazing in sororities.  The families accepted a substantial financial settlement prior to trial (from the sorority and individual perpetrators), which also included the imposition of numerous non-monetary sanctions designed to eliminate the hazing practices and prevent future injuries.
